The Amana PTC093J35AXXX Commercial J-Series PTAC is a flagship 9,000 / 9,200 BTU Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner engineered for hotel guest rooms, senior living suites, multi-family housing, and healthcare facilities. Powered by next-generation, low-GWP R-32 eco-refrigerant and equipped with a heavy-duty 3.5 kW electric heat strip (approx 12,000 BTU electric heat at 230V, this unit delivers rapid cooling and backup heating for spaces ranging from 300 to 525 sq. ft.

Featuring a whisper-quiet STC 29 sound rating driven by dual fan motors and an indoor tangential blower wheel, the PTC093J35AXXX includes a factory-attached 20-Amp NEMA 6-20P LCDI power cord. Equipped with integrated Bluetooth® and a built-in 2.4 GHz RF transceiver, it pairs natively with Amana Eden Energy Management Systems (EMS) and wireless thermostats (DS01G) to optimize building energy usage.
