The Amana PHWT-A200 Electronic Wall Thermostat is the premium commercial solution for hardwired 24V climate management in hospitality, multi-family, and senior living properties. Engineered for maximum versatility, this dual-mode thermostat operates as either a 7-day programmable unit (supporting 1, 2, or 4 daily schedule periods) or a manual non-programmable thermostat.

Designed for 2-stage heating and 2-stage cooling across both conventional electric heat (PTC series) and heat pump (PTH/HEH series) PTAC units, the PHWT-A200 features a large 4.25-inch backlit display, Auto Changeover, and a patented Thermal Intrusion Barrier. Built-in property management controls—including field-adjustable maximum heat and minimum cool limits—prevent equipment abuse and slash building energy overhead.

Replacement & System Note: Directly replaces legacy Amana models 2246007 and 2246008. A low-voltage wiring harness is required for all new remote wall thermostat installations. When paired with Amana Through-the-Wall CC model units, the PBTCK01 control kit is required.
